Griffiths makes case for Magnossiva

With that in mind, Griffiths has accepted for its Santa’s Stable Handicap (1400m) at Flemington, Stream The Grand National, a course he’s performed at on three occasions this year.

“His Flemington form is good, so he’s a horse that could turn his kind quickly,” he added.

Halvorsen, yet another four-year-old gelding by Magnus from the Griffiths stable, pulled up nicely following his success last Saturday.

“He pulled up sensational, he licked the bin out and was glowing on Sunday afternoon,” Griffiths said.
